Welcome to East Preston Stays! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please take a moment to review the following house rules. By booking and staying at the property, you agree to abide by these terms.

✅ General Rules

    • Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM

    • Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults, 1 Child

    • Minimum age of lead guest: 25

    • No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval

🚭 No Smoking

    • Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the property

    • You may smoke outside—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly

    • A deep cleaning fee may apply if smoke is detected indoors

🐾 Pets

    • Pets are not allowed at this property

🎉 Parties & Events

    • This is a no-party property

    • Events, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior are not allowed

    • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

🧼 Cleaning & Care

    • Please leave the property in a good and reasonable condition upon departure

    • Rubbish should be placed in the correct bins provided

    • Please report any damage, spills, or issues as soon as possible

    • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional charges

🔐 Safety & Security

    • Always lock doors and windows when you leave the property

    • Do not tamper with smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, or safety equipment

    • Use appliances and equipment responsibly and safely

    • Children must be supervised at all times

📶 Wi-Fi & Technology

    • Free Wi-Fi is provided for guest use

    • Illegal online activity or excessive data usage is prohibited

    • Please do not unplug or reset any devices such as, Alexa, Wifi Boosters, Smart locks, or thermostats

      Parking

  • Please Park to the right hand side of the Barn Stairs on the turning circle, please note any oil leaks from a vehicle can occur a cleaning charge.
