Holiday Let Pricing Overview

Off-Peak Season (1 November to 31st March):  All bookings are for a minimum of a 2 night stay. 

    • Adults: £120 per night (per two adults)

    • Children: Additional £25 per child 0-3 years

    • Cleaning Fee: £25 per stay

Peak Season: (1st April to 31st October

    • Adults: £155 per night (per two adults)

    • Children: Additional £35 per child 0-3 years

    • Cleaning Fee: £25 per stay

Check in from 3pm / Checkout is at 11am

For car enthusiasts, we offer a private dry garage, behind closed gates perfect for the storage of prestige cars. This secure facility ensures your prized vehicle remains in top dry secure condition, especially during the prestigious Goodwood celebrations.

Costing an additional £80.00 per stay.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation More Than 4 Weeks Before Arrival:
    If you cancel your booking more than four weeks before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund, Less £35.00 admin charge.
  2. Cancellation Within 4 Weeks of Arrival:
    If you cancel your booking within four weeks but more than seven days before the arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount, less £35.00 admin charge.
  3. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Arrival:
    If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  4. No Shows:
    In the event of a no-show on the arrival date, no refund will be given.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
